Code of Conduct

The CRO Community is a global peer space for CROs and GTM Leaders who shape the future of modern revenue leadership through trust based meaningful connections and shared best practices. The CRO Connection integrates selected experts and trusted partners who enrich the dialogue with deep domain knowledge, while aligned sponsors help expand the ecosystem without influencing the integrity of our conversations. Together we create a space shaped by responsibility, openness and real decision makers, free from ego, sales pressure and corporate noise.

Our shared goal is to provide a trusted peer environment where GTM leaders connect human to human and exchange real world experience that elevates personal and professional growth.

To protect this standard we follow a common culture based on clear values and guiding principles.

Our values define how we show up, interact and contribute as part of this community, and they set the cultural foundation for everything we do.

Fun

We bring lightness and enjoyment into how we connect. Great events matter to us and we appreciate moments where we can simply share a good laugh. We welcome content with humour and personality, including the occasional sales joke. We create value by exploring topics people genuinely enjoy.

Curiosity

We stay curious and open to new ideas. Questions, listening and new perspectives drive us forward. We avoid the mindset of “this is how we have always done it” and try new approaches even when the outcome is uncertain. Curiosity helps us grow, challenge assumptions and evolve the CRO role together.

Entrepreneurship

We act with an entrepreneurial mindset. We develop ideas, take ownership and turn them into real outcomes. Entrepreneurship for us means giving as much as we receive and contributing to the progress of the group.

Flexibility

We stay open and adaptable. When things change, we adjust quickly, rethink our approach and remain willing to explore new paths. Flexibility helps us respond better, learn faster and make smarter decisions together.

Courage

We step into new and untested topics with an open mind. Courage means expressing what needs to be said, even when it is inconvenient or uncomfortable. We value honest conversations, clear decisions and people who show up authentically.

How we treat each other

Respect

We treat each other with openness, courtesy and genuine interest. Disrespectful or destructive behaviour has no place here.

Confidentiality builds Trust

What is discussed within the community stays within the community. Openness requires safety.

Hold Space

Not every voice is loud. We create room for those who need a moment to speak and encourage balanced participation.

Diversity strengthens us

Different backgrounds and perspectives enrich our conversations. We listen and we don ´t judge.

How we contribute

Support over Sales

We help first. Offers are welcome when they are invited, relevant or useful, never as unsolicited self promotion.

Quality over Noise

We contribute with intention. We avoid corporate filler talk, irrelevant promotion or low value content. Every contribution should help others think, learn or make better decisions.

Co Creation

The community belongs to all of us. We bring ideas, take initiative and help evolve what we are building together.

Ownership matters

We take responsibility for how we participate. We follow through on commitments, contribute when we can and treat the community as something we build, not something we consume.

Clarity and Boundaries

We respect each other’s time, energy and commitments. Clear expectations and a clear no are also part of healthy collaboration.

We challenge ideas, not people. Honest debate is welcome when it deepens understanding, improves decisions and supports collective growth.

By joining the CRO Community, you agree to these values and behaviours and contribute to maintaining them in every interaction. If behaviour repeatedly violates these principles, access may be limited or removed, always in service of protecting the community.
